HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING?

We take commissions on a first-come, first-served basis. And take a limited number of weddings per year. Some dates start to book up a little over a year out. But we still often get inquires less than 3 months out for elopements + city hall weddings. 

A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Based on your date (weekend or week day), hours of coverage, etc. We have a few different packages. 

Wedding packages start at $3,500-$6,500. 

ELOPEMENT & CITY HALL

Starts at $1,000.

HOW DO WE GET OUR IMAGES?

You get fully processed high-resolution digital files that you can download from your wedding gallery. Or you can order a wood thumb  drive.

Your photos are backed up by the gallery company for 10 years.

ALBUMS:

Some packages include an album. And albums/parent albums can be added on à la carte. We offer quality handmade, archival albums in linen or leather. Check out options here


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

Turnaround time varies depending on time of year. 4-8 weeks when we are less busy. June-December is a busy time for us so delivery time is longer during those months. We do all photo processing in house, and like to get the color & other elements just right.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL YOU DELIVER?

We edit it down to a Gather West approved selection. Around 300 for elopements & city hall weddings & up to 1000 images for weddings 7 hrs+.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

We specialize in outdoor weddings & naturally love traveling. The majority of our weddings are all over California. 

DO YOU BRING BACKUP GEAR?

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we carry a comprehensive liability policy.
